Al-Khaleej Training and Education Company announces the extension of the (non-binding) memorandum of understanding signed with the owner of the Al-Enjaz National Schools Company Limited for a period of (90) days, starting from the date of 27/09/2021AD, in order to complete the procedures with the same terms and conditions agreed upon in the (non-binding) memorandum of understanding signed with the owner of the Al-Enjaz National Schools Company Limited on 29/ 06/2021 AD for a period of ninety days, in order to potentially acquire (85%) of the ownership stakes of the Al-Enjaz National Schools Company Limited, upon reaching a final agreement between the two parties. The (non-binding) memorandum of understanding was announced on Tadawul’s website on 29/6/2021 AD.
