Introduction AlKhaleej Training and Education has signed an exclusive license agreement with Dusit Thani College in Bangkok, the first and largest higher education institute in Thailand dedicated to hospitality education and vocational training and part of Dusit Thani Public Company Limited, the international hospitality group behind the Dusit International hotel brand.

TThrough this agreement, AlKhaleej becomes the first provider to bring Thai hospitality training programs into the Kingdom, introducing to Saudi Arabia an education model celebrated worldwide for service excellence. The agreement supports Vision 2030 by equipping Saudi nationals with internationally benchmarked skills tailored to the needs of the Kingdom’s rapidly growing tourism and hospitality sector.

Contract Details The contract grants AlKhaleej Training and Education exclusive rights to deliver hospitality and tourism vocational training programs of Dusit Thani College in all cities of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under the Dusit Thani College brand. The licensor will provide operational support in the field of hospitality and tourism management as outlined in the agreement, including trademark rights, operational standards, training, and compliance.
Contract Duration 5 years, renewable
Financial Impact and the Relevant Period This agreement is expected to have a positive impact on the company’s financial results starting from the launch of the first training programs in Riyadh, which is planned for early 2026. The financial impact will continue throughout the duration of the contract.

Additional Information In addition to the one-time contract value, Alkhaleej Training and Education will pay Dusit Thani College a 5% share of net revenues from licensed programs and certified courses.

This agreement establishes Alkhaleej as a pioneer in bringing Thai hospitality training to Saudi Arabia. Thai hospitality is internationally recognized as a benchmark for service excellence, and through Dusit Thani College, this expertise is being introduced into the Kingdom for the first time, reinforcing Saudi Arabia’s ambition to build a globally competitive tourism workforce under Vision 2030.
