Brief Resume of the Appointed Member It should be noted that Mr. Khalid Muhammad Al-Eid- holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from King Faisal University, and holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Manchester in the United Kingdom, and a fellow of the Saudi Organization for Auditors and Accountants (SOCPA), and a key member of the Saudi Organization for Auditors and Accountants, He has more than 14 years of experience in the fields of auditing, internal auditing and conversion to international standards (IFRS) and a member of an audit committee in more than one entity.

 

It should be noted that Mr. Nabil Ali Hassan Shuaib – currently holds several positions: Member of the Board of Directors of Al-Rajhi Takaful, Member of the Audit Committee of the Tatimah Capital, and before that he held several other positions, including: Member of the Board of Directors of SABB Takaful, Member of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Company Credit Information (SIMAH), Managing Director of HSBC Amanah (Islamic Banking), General Manager of Internal Audit at SABB Bank, Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President at HSBC Saudi Arabia, Secretary General at SABB Bank, Qualifications and Experience: Experience of more than 35 years in the field Auditing, and holds a General Education Certificate from London in 1980
