Announcement Detail With reference to the announcement of Al Khaleej Training and Education Company on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) website on 19/11/1447 AH corresponding to 06/05/2026 AD regarding the invitation to attend the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting (First Meeting), which is scheduled to be held, God willing, at 6:30 PM on Tuesday 23/12/1447 AH corresponding to 09/06/2026 AD, in person and through modern technology means using the Tadawulaty system.

 

Accordingly, Al Khaleej Training and Education Company would like to remind its esteemed shareholders that they will be able to vote remotely electronically on the Assembly’s items starting from one o’clock in the morning on Friday 19/12/1447 AH corresponding to 05/06/2026 AD until the end of the Assembly meeting.
