This resignation was submitted at his request on 15/02/2026 and included his desire to resign for personal reasons.

The Board of Directors and the Company extend their sincere thanks and appreciation to Dr. Abdulkarim bin Hamad Abdulkarim Al-Najeedi for his dedicated efforts and valuable contributions during his tenure on the Board and its committees, wishing him continued success in his future endeavors.

The Company will announce in due course any updates related to the vacant seat in accordance with the relevant regulatory procedures.
