Contract Details The subsidiary, Advanced Communication Systems and Solutions Company (Smart Link), will undertake the operation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Contact Center – Phase Three. This phase aims to achieve a comprehensive technological and operational transformation of the Contact Center, enhancing service quality and delivering an exceptional beneficiary experience across all channels.

This will be accomplished through the deployment of the latest technologies in the fields of artificial intelligence, omnichannel operations, advanced analytics, and cloud computing, ensuring the provision of flexible, secure, and efficient services to all beneficiaries inside and outside the Kingdom.
Contract Duration Three years commencing in 2026.
Financial Impact and the Relevant Period The contract is expected to have a positive impact on the financial results for the fiscal years 2026, 2027, and 2028.
