Alkhaleej Training and Education Company is pleased to remind its valued shareholders who are registered in the deliberative services of the importance of remote voting on the terms of the ordinary general assembly meeting, with the aim of supporting and strengthening the country’s efforts in implementing preventive and precautionary measures to limit the spread of the Corona Virus (COVID-19). Where voting will begin electronically remotely on the items of the association, starting from the tenth of the morning on Friday, 09/08/1441 AH corresponding to 01/05/2020 until the eleventh and half of the evening on Tuesday 12/09/1441 AH corresponding to 05/05/2020 AD (day of Convening the assembly),

We would like to point out that in the event that the necessary quorum for the first meeting is not completed, the second meeting will be held an hour after the end of the period specified for the first meeting, and the second meeting will be valid for the shareholders who attended whatever number of shares represented in it.
