ALKHALEEJ TRAINING AND EDUCATION COMPANY ANNOUNCES THE DISTRIBUTION OF DIVIDEND FOR PERIOD 2015

The Board of Directors of Alkhaleej Training and Education Company has recommended the distribution of dividend to the shareholders for the period as following:
1.Total amount of distribution of dividend SAR 40,000,000
2.Divided per share SAR 1
3.Divided represent 10% of the Face value.
4.The eligibility of dividends shall be for the shareholders registered in the registers of the Securities Depository Center (Tadawul) on on the day of General Assembly which will be announced later
5.Details of dividend distribution date : shall be announced later
