ALKHALEEJ TRAINING AND EDUCATION COMPANY ANNOUNCES THE DISTRIBUTION OF DIVIDEND FOR PERIOD 2014

The Board of Directors of Alkhaleej Training and Education Company has recommended the distribution of dividend to the shareholders for the period 2014 as following:
1.Total amount of distribution of dividend SAR 28,000,000
2.Divided per share SAR 0.80
3.Divided represent 8% of the Face value.
4.The eligibility of dividends shall be for the shareholders registered in the registers of the Securities Depository Center (Tadawul) on on the day of General Assembly which will be announced later
5.Details of dividend distribution date : shall be announced later
