Alkhaleej Training and Education Company announces that it’s Ordinary general assembly meeting was not convened due to lack of quorum, which was scheduled to be held on 18-04-2016 . based on that the assembly will be determined later by the company after obtaining the regulatory approvals.Note that the eligibility of the dividends to the shareholders who are registered in the shareholders register in the Securities Depository Center (Tadawul) at the close of trading on the second meeting.
