With reference to the additional initiatives and decisions taken by the Government of Saudi Arabia to mitigate the negative impact of the spread of the Corona Virus (COVID-19) on private sector companies.
Alkhaleej Training and Education Company announces that the company is committed to implement all recent decisions by the relevant Government authorities. The company extends its sincere thanks and gratitude to the Health and Security sectors and all the relevant official authorities.

We hope & pray that God will protect this generous nation and all the other Muslim countries and the world as a whole from this Pandemic.

With regards to the recent High Royal decisions and other Government initiatives to support the private sector companies to limit the financial impact from the precautionary measures due to COVID-19, the company makes it clear that it is currently difficult to determine the amount of subsidy that the company will get from these decisions, hence it is not possible for the company to estimate the financial impact from these decisions.

The company’s management is currently working with the relevant authorities to calculate the mechanism of this subsidy and whether it is eligible or not.

Any future developments in this regards will be announced accordingly.
